This well-cut and spacious 1.5-room apartment is located in the centrally located district of Untergiesing. The spacious living room has a seating and a dining area. A curtain separates the sleeping area from the living and dining area. The bright kitchen is located in an extra room. A staircase leads upstairs to a small office with seating area for reading or relaxing. This work area is ideal for doing home office.

Please note: The use of the pellet stove is only allowed after consultation with the owners. The elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor.
