È dotato di un piacevole riscaldamento a pavimento, di una grande doccia Rainshower per due persone, accessibile senza soglia (anch'essa con riscaldamento a pavimento integrato) e dell'esclusiva vasca da bagno Duravit Luv per due persone. La cucina a vista completamente attrezzata con un accogliente angolo salotto completa l'offerta di benessere. La lavatrice-asciugatrice si trova nel seminterrato. L'intero interno è stato progettato e arredato con cura dai nostri architetti d'interni Mr. Lodge.
All'esterno è disponibile una terrazza esposta a sud con divano lounge e tavolo da pranzo.
In posizione tranquilla e allo stesso tempo centrale, potrete raggiungere tutti i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici e diversi negozi sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Le terme di Rottach-Egern sono a pochi minuti di distanza, così come la popolare meta escursionistica del Wallberg.

Rent deposit:
Rental period 1-3 months: 1 month's rent as security deposit

Final cleaning:
The final cleaning at the end of the rental period is charged with a one-time fee of € 350.- (incl. 19% VAT) and has to be paid by the tenant.
Special cleaning requirements for unusually high levels of soiling or for the disposal of unusual amounts of garbage or other items left behind by the tenant will be charged additionally by the cleaning company on a per-regime-hour basis (€ 25 net/hour = € 29.75 incl. 19% VAT/hour).
Visitor's tax:
€ 3.- per day and per person. The visitor's tax is to be paid to the landlord before the beginning of the rental period. The landlord pays the visitor's tax to the municipality. If the stay is work-related and not a vacation stay, the visitor's tax does not apply.
